Mr.Max said that we can either take festive, lifestyle, trend or when we suggested to chose contents based on flavour he agreed.
Week 3
Consultation.
Our progress for the report is 90%, we have not completed some part yet. Mr.Max said it is quite clear but we need to further decide which direction we would like to go later as Trend-based is risky. In addition, we had Luckin Coffee as competitor, however it doesn't HAVE OFFICIAL TikTok account as ZUS Coffee, therefore, Mr.Max told us to consider again to use it or not. If we're going to useLUckin Coffee as competitor then we should state why it doesn't have the platform TikTok and how does it made it a competitor for ZUS Coffee. After consultation, we decided to change into Kopi Kenangan.
Week 4
Presentation Day.
After presentation we got feedback from Mr.Max that we should shift from general description into stronger analytical evidence, clearer competitor comparison, and a more specific campaign direction supported by actual social media data.
